Sponsorship Details

Sponsor set-up times will be from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, February 10th 2012. The Armory will close at 8:00 pm on Friday. Please plan to be set up by that time.

There will no longer be parking available right outside the entrance. You will be allowed minimal time to unload, then you must move your vehicle. We will have someone from the club or student volunteers available to help unload.

Sponsor space is very limited. Please make your commitment by December 1st, 2011 so we may plan the floor lay-out. All sponsor payment checks must be received by Great Planes prior to January 13th, 2012 in order to hold your sponsor position. Please make checks payable to Great Planes and send payment to the following address:

• If a vendor will be selling from the sponsors booth, that vendor must
  1. Complete and return the vendor registration form.
  2. Submit the vendor registration payment prior to the E-Fest event.
  3. Abide by the rules regarding sales tax (you must have an Illinois Tax ID Number).
  4. Send this tax form with your receipts to Illinois Department of Revenue, Collections Bureau, P.O. Box 19035, Springfield, IL 62794-9035.

  
  
• If the sponsor will be selling from the sponsors booth, that sponsor must
  1. Complete and return the vendor registration form.
  2. Abide by the rules regarding sales tax (you must have an Illinois Tax ID Number, call 217-785-3707).
     Note: Vendor registration fee is waived for sponsors selling from their own booth.
  3. Send this tax form with your receipts to Illinois Department of Revenue, Collections Bureau, P.O. Box 19035, Springfield, IL 62794-9035.

  
  

With regard to Seminars: Gold Sponsors are guaranteed one seminar with the possibility of a second one only after ALL Gold and Silver Sponsors have committed to one. Silver Sponsors may reserve seminar space on a first-come, first-served basis. If additional time slots are still available on February 1st, Gold Sponsors will be offered these slots. A total of ten slots will be available for seminars in 2012.
